Option to not install MPA/MPV decoders. (1 Viewer)

The MPA/MPV decoders don't work very well for me and I have other codecs that work better. The old installer had the option to not install them. The new one doesn't seem to have this option.

I know how to manually unregister and/or lower their merit, but it would be nice if I didn't have to bother with it.

Current (1.0 RC1) installation has normal merit levels for the MPA & MPA codecs, so those two shouldnt cause any issues with working systems. Also it's good to have those filters for testing / bug reporting as some issues can be related to HW acceletarion. (of cource it would be nice from the users point of view to be able to be able to install MP wihout them, but the bigger crowd will benefit from those (bug reports)).
