Ongoing OrigenAE ir110 mod (1 Viewer)

Well I got a hell of a deal on an OrigenAE ir110 with remote off ebay... after getting it I realized it was to big to fit it in a 5 1/2 drive bay so I was going to mount it in an external box... Well after a bit more looking and messing around I figured out I could mount it behind the grill in my Xion case and here is the pics...... Looks pretty damned good if you ask me

Flash really soaked through the faceplate in the first pic..... The other two are more what it looks like in the case

what do you all think???

What Display is this? Was it built-in?

the display is the OrigenAE ir110.... I got it off ebay for a pretty good price... its a USB controlled display and IR receiver. It uses the IR trans server which is a pretty sweet setup for infrared control and will let me use any damned remote I want to I also like the fact that it has a tap for the main power and allows me to turn my computer on and off not just from standby but from a completely powered down state....

no it didn't come like that... the case was just a stock Xion case and that used to be a front grill with a fan mounted behind it... I cut and fitted the display in and made a faceplate out of a CD case and moved the fan to the other side of the case wall on the inside right in front of the drives)
