For me the properties are right. You can try a different city for weather forecast. Try "Ulm" in Germany. This works for me. I know this is no solution, but i try to find the error.The MPE1 file works? I looked at the rar file and mpe1 file. The .dll in the rar and the mpe1 are exactly the same. Same size, same date. Did you checked the size/date from the 2 files ?</blockquote>
