Synopsis::

When playing a video, the OSD appears only for a split second when I use the keyboard. If I use the mouse, it appears for longer, but the controls aren't very responsive and obviously I can accomplish far more with the keyboard, such as skipping ahead. Pressing 'Y' to show the OSD brings it up and keeps it there.

When playing DVDs the OSD is much more responsive, but obviously the keyboard skip controls are not enabled.

What would be the reason for the OSD appearing for such a short time? It makes using the keyboard with Media Portal quite difficult!

I downloaded a version of MediaPortal about 2 months ago and that didn't have this issue, so this must be a fairly recent change. Does anyone have any suggestions?
