I've noticed the same thing with my system too... MP Version: 1.3.0 Skin: Blue Two Windows Version: Windows XP Pro CPU Type: Intel Pentium M 1.8 Memory: 1Gb DDR-333 Motherboard Chipset: Intel 855GM Video Card: Intel 855GME Onboard Video Card Driver: 6.14.10.4363 Video Card Resolution: 1400x1050 Video Render Type: VMR9 Renderless Video Codec Type & Version: DScaler Mpeg2 Video Decoder Audio Codec Type & Version: MPEG/AC3/DTS/LPCM It's a Dell Latitude D500 laptop... TV: Samsung PS-42S4S 42" Plasma Connected with VGA, laptop is 800x600 when connected I didn't post any comment all this time, and was waiting till i set up my proper HTPC, since i figured it could either be an issue with my onboard VGA card or the Plasma screens. But since a CRT and a Geforce 6600 does the same, could it be something with the Codecs?? Edit: Now that you mention it, only thing similar is the brand of TV, both are Samsung, though your's is CRT and mine a Plasma. Does your CRT has image enhancement features, like DNIe? I'll do a test with all TV-enhancing stuff off later, and see if there is any difference...
