Hey folks. Pretty new here though I've been lurking quite a bit over the last few days. I have a question about something I'm seeing when I play live tv over the air. On some of my channels or shows that are not in HD, the image is sometimes framed oddly... almost as if there's a second black border overlapping the 4:3 border. Hopefully you can see what I'm talking about in the upper corners of the image below:
I'm using an AVerMedia - AVerTV Bravo Hybrid ATSC card if that's important, and I don't see the same effect in the janky Aver MediaCenter software that comes with the card.
The card was given to me by a co-worker recently, and I have almost no experience with tuner cards before this, so a lot of this is new to me. If I need to lay down any other details, let me know.

Oops, almost forgot the most important thing about this... I only notice it when the aspect ratio is set to Normal. If I choose another aspect ratio it self corrects.
