Seeking within a program after changing channels does not work while watching live TV

@CyberSimian Sorry, I missed your last post. I ended up doing a clean install on the client and all is well now. It still doesn't let me go back in time when I change channels but it does continue operating from that point on. I'm ok with that. Thanks for your help!

When I first start watching a TV program the timeshift functions works perfectly. I can shift back and forth in time and it works...

I have recently installed mediaportal 1 and all is working fine, however I would like the startup page to be the TV guide. I guess...
maybe setting loglevel to debug might pinpoint the difference between normal and stuck?
Preferable with as much disabled as possible
also try to see if anything is happening during stuck for the mediaportal process(resource monitor, disk activity, cpu usage, anything)
maybe other programs competing for resouces?
