Problem:
Channel zapping in fullscreen TV mode stops working after typing in a channel number. Typing in a channel number sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

Steps to reproduce:
Change to the "All channels" group, then switch to fullscreen mode. Type in a channel number, for example "1". Nothing happens. Type in another channel number, and MP switches to the channel. Try zapping using F7/F8. It doesn't work.

About the patch
This patch solves the above problems. It also adds the ability to change the current channel group in fullscreen mode, by pressing page up/down.
