[Approved] Patch for Chapter list support (1 Viewer)

    Hi,

    This is the patch to permit to get and display chapter list for ripped movie and can be use too with BDHandler Plugin for Blu-ray.
    We have a submenu and can have the list and for mkv with chapter name, it can be display too.
