So I guess its not some setting in the database   It would have been nice and easy if there was one.

Ok, I will ran the the script and copied the dll files and the exe file to tvserver folder. I cant see any difference in the tvserver configuration for the cards. I dont see any tab/option/menu where I can choose the encoders.
