Patch is not showing in Settings->Skin->Update (1 Viewer)

Should the patch have shown up in the skin settings? When I check it says no updates available.

It should - the StreamedMPConfig.log will help in seeing what the problem is.

If not already done so can you try restarting MP and see if it picks it up, you should not need to that so if it works please let us know as we may have a problem.

Please can you attach the log as a text file, rather than paste the contents.

Can you set logging to Debug as well please.

I ran mediaportal in debug mode and that's what I got (used the logs collector).

Will have to wait until this evening to try again and post the debug file (doing it via logmein on a phone is too difficult!)

You seem to have missed a couple of patches so your logs dont contain the additional debug code around the patch selection code.

I think you might be unlucky and be on a version that had an unnoticed bug.

I would grab the patch from the googlecode site (Downloads - streamedmp - Project Hosting on Google Code) and do a manual installation for now and check if you get the next patch ok.
