[PATCH] setup capture format before connecting video compressors (1 Viewer)

Hi,

with my terratech capture card, in combination with mainconcept encoders, the filter graph fails if the capture format hasn't been set before connecting compressors.

since SetupCaptureFormat isn't changing any settings on anyother filter than the capture filter, this should be a correct change.

while i'm at it, here's another fix. TvCardAnalog class tries to setup base class functions instead of relying on it's internal constructor. this lead to that _parameters was never inited.

Normally i dont accept patch files, only complete modified/new files
reason is that svn changes quickly so patch files come outdated
