Hello everyone, new to the forums. been using mediaportal for sometime now.
I've recently decided to start taking full potential of media portal and start using the tv tuner side of it, before i was only using it for streaming videos/music.
I've recently built my own computer up with a AMD 64 3200+ 2ghz and a gigabyte K8N5IPVM9-RH mother board with 1gig of dual channel ddr memory. This motherboard only has PCI-E (PCI Express) slots.
So my question is which is the best and supported tv tuner that i can purchase for my rig that will work with media portal?
My goals are time shifting (tivo like) and the ablity to record tv shows.
any input would be greatly welcomed and thank you.
