Hi, My Pinnacle PCTV 2000i Dual DVB-T which was working flawlessly on mp 1.02 (and mp 1.01 before that), heres what i did to break it. * Plugged in a cheap usb dvb-t tuner and loaded its drivers. * The usb tuner wasnt recognised by mp 1.02 so i removed it. ------------------------------- TADA tv capability gone ------------------------------- * MP then wouldnt play any tv. * MP server config still displayed my PCTV card ok but on a channel scan would fail to find any channels * Ariel is working fine going straight to digital tv * Reloaded windows xp to mp requirements and re-installed MP1.02 * Same problem card is recognised by MP1.02 but fails to find any channels in scan (All Australia and N.T Darwin) * Blew away XP and reloaded to mp requirements again but this time installed the pinnacle pctv software and same problem, channel scan only takes 2 seconds and fails to find any channels within PCTV * Blew away xp again and tried mp1.02 one more time still no channels found AGGGGHHHHHHHHH Was it just a coincidence that immediantely after adding usb tuner i fried the tuning chip (or similar) of my Pinnacle PCTV 2000i Dual DVB-T ??? Anyway enough whinge-ing Anyone reccomend a rock solid pci (no pcie on this m-board) dual digital tuner card for mediaportal for use within australia? Thanks for your time Regards
