    Hi All

Treated myself to a new tv card, not because the T500 was not working, but because the Peak was so cheap :)

First impressions very good, comes with remote (full size) which plugs into tv card, mini aerial and CD containing drivers and software, a bit disappointed to see a VIA chip on the board, but again this card is 2 usb tuners so needs it.

    Working with MediaPortal's TVServer.

Recognised, did scan for Winter Hill, found all channels the T500 could, only difference was 0 signal level shown, but 100% on quality, so thats down to the bda driver.

So fired up MP, hit the tv button remote, tv took 3 seconds to start, channel changes 1 second, so slightly faster I would say than the T500.

Nows the juicy bit, no reinit tune or delay detecting cards setting enabled, out of standby can now be watching tv 10 seconds (T500 30 secs+) from hitting the power button on the remote :D

Conclusion, if you want a dual dvb-t pci tv card, this card is so superior in many ways to the Hauppauge, just buy one and see for yourself.

Yep, I get the same with a dual-tuner USB dongle using the same chipset (Kworld 399U, AF9015 chipset) - but as you say, otherwise the drivers & hardware seem pretty solid with MP.
