The TV-server will probably support PIP, but the implementation would have to be made in the TV-plugin. As far as I know, nobody has started on implementing this (yet), although it would be a great feature.
yeah. dfbb is right. The problem is not the server / tv engine. The problem is the "playback engine". The internal player of MP can currently only handle one playback at the same time. So this part has to be rewritten. (Very big part)
