Picture stuttering and squeaking during channel changes? (1 Viewer)

Ok this is a silent video but you get the idea, not all channel changes are this bad but 50% of the time it is.
Happens on freeview and pay channels and can last up to 5 minutes before it stops and the channel is watchable.

Best way to understand is to see for yourself.

You sure you have a good signal, because that's what it looks like.

Yes the signal is fine, the same problem comes from 2 different sources (DVB T and S) and only has appeared recently.
