Pixelation and stuttering only after changing channel (1 Viewer)

Ok I have an issue with mediaportal, whenever I change a channel, I get pixelation and stuttering. The server is a E4300 based PC and 2GB of ram. I installed mediaportal client on 2 PCs and get the same problem for the 2 PCs. One is hardwired network and the other wireless. The behavior is really the same.

To solve the problem, I can press space (pause) for 10 seconds and press play. I can also stop the TV (TV ON) in mediaportal, without restarting the program, put back ON and everything is fine after that.

It's definitely a delay which is too short, but I can't find any option for that in the server settings or the client settings.

I would sure like to get rid of that issue.

How do you have your timeshifting buffer setup? Is there available HDD space? Is it on the C:\ drive or another idle drive? Post your debug files if you want more to look...

The timeshifting setup is the default one, like here:

I tried increasing the 2 options in seconds but it did nothing. I think these settings are not what I'm looking for.

In GBPVR, it was pretty simple, I had an option on the client side which was the number of milliseconds to buffer. If I wrote 8000, whenever I start GBPVR or change a channel, it would wait 8 seconds, buffering, then play.

Isn't there any option like that in mediaportal?

I also had that issue.
It's a bug in the rtsp streaming.

Switching to UNC streaming solved it for me (exept some recordings that didn't play in the recording section).
