I don't know your TV-card (or STB) but you should control your STB using IR-blasters that comes with the MS MCE remote

What do you mean (exactly) when you say "setting up" your card?

I meant that I installed the card, start up MP but MP wont recognize my card, has any1 experienced this, I know that MP has classified this card as a Analog Software decoder card, but still I cant get to make it work

    evecadu,

Are you using MP only or TVServer? I think MP alone is not supposed to recognize analog cards.

Please post your TVServer logs if you are already using it.

Im using MP alone, so theres no way of using an analog card with it, is Tvserver the same GUI as MP, what are the advantages?

    Tente isto:

Baixe o driver mais atual no site da Pixelview

É necessario instalar os codecs da Intervideo senão não vai funcionar (uso o WINDVR3)

I also have never used a set-top box with MP, but I think that you need to use an IR emitter (aka "IR blaster"). The IRSS software controls the emitter, and transmits IR signals under the direction of MP. The IR signal is received by the IR receiver within the set-top box, and so can be used to change channel and so on. The set-top...
