Hi there

I have recently started experiencing an issue watching DVD's ripped to my hard drive (complete structure). When navigating through the dvd menu and choosing chapter menu, my system freezes at the menu. When pressing OK on MCE remote, the dvd starts playing (I can hear audio), but the screen is still stuck at the menu. When pressing skip, the next chapter on the dvd starts displaying and dvd is fine from there on.

I have tried all alot of different codecs (Powerdvd9, MPC, FFDshow, Microsoft DTD), with their respective DVD navigators, even tried to enable/disable DXVA for navigation issues, but no change in result.

When I play these DVD's through PDVD9 there is no navigation issues.

I also reinstalled my system from scratch yesterday hoping to resolve the issue, but I get the same result. Also installed SAF5 latest beta, with the same result.

I hope someone can assist. Logs attached.

Regards

Neil

Thanks Snader

I switched from using EVR to VMR9 as suggested in the post you referred, and my issues are gone. I will follow the post above to see if there is any resolve.

Regards

Neil

Better switch back to EVR and use the dshowhelper.dll mentioned in the post...
