If i press the play button in my remote (or the p key) i can play music albums for example, but this doesn't work with videos, the only way to play them is by pressing Enter key

i think this is the way it is supposed to work.

besides.. which SVN build are you using?
you haven't posted log files.

I'm using latest SVN available. the Play button (in multimedia keyboard) works fine when it's selected a music album or a song for example, but the same button doesn't work when a AVI file is selected, i must use the Enter key to play it... i'm almost sure that it is a wrong behaviour...

if you think it's wrong then you MUST do two things

1) post the SVN build number you are using (you haven't done this)
2) post log files (you haven't done this)

1) SVN is LATEST available. take a look at daily builds
2) Log file is not necessary here because it's not a error, or crash or simmilar, just a bad behaviour. Open MP go to My Movies and press the play button over some avi file that you want, it just doesn't work...

    Hi guys

First: Log files are always necessary, read the stickys. Led the developer decide, whether they will help him or not.

Second: Start playback a file using the ACTION_PLAY (for example pressing P ) should be fixed in next svn. But it is not possible to start playback of folder.

    kind regards
