I typically keep all of my images sorted into "year" directories (2005, 2006, 2007, etc.). I'd like to watch a slideshow, but I'm sick of seeing the same starting fifty pictures - what would be nice is if I pulled up the first picture of a directory to full screen mode, I could press PLAY to start the slideshow at that picture.
Is there really a difference between 'viewing a picture' and 'viewing a single-image slideshow'? Seems to me like just opening a picture should be equivalent to opening a paused slideshow.
But essentially, I'd like to start a slideshow at the currently opened picture by pressing PLAY.
