Playback stops upon windowing mediaportal (1 Viewer)

Hi.. I am running RC2 on windows XP. I have no TV card, and am using an nvidia 7800gt card with all the standard codecs. When i play music or a movie in full screen, and switch to windowed all playback stops. The movie will stop and go back to the menu screen, and music stops completely. Is this known, or is there a configuration I am missing?

It's by design, MP's GUI cannot cope in its current form, with a resize with any video activity running

This is one of the reasons for MP2, it will have no such limitation

hmm.. well music stops too.. the movies are no big deal - but the music is a pain.,
