Hi

I'm using MP with CVS from a couple of days ago.

Since getting a 32" LCD TV and changing my screen res. to 1360x768 I experience one line of tearing during playback about 1/10 from the top of the screen.

I use a Hauppauge PVR 350, and standard Mpeg2dec codec.

My GFX is an Asus A9200SE, so maybe that's the problem, since it's a low end card not supporting DX9?

(I have tried exclusive DX setting, but the problem prevails)

Try a different codec first, with any updated drivers for your card.
Already lots of topics about this problem.

There's a couple of things you can try:

    - In the general settings for MP enable the "use Exclusive DirectX mode for fullscreen tv/video".

    - Try using a different MPEG2 decoder - maybe ATIs, or even Nvidia's PureVideo decoder (it will still use hardware acceleration in non-Nvidia cards).

It's possible that your video card is running out of puff with the higher resolution - you might have to lower the resolution and rely on the LCD TV to scale it for you.
