When I play a avi in WMP it plays fine, audio/video is in sync. But sometimes in MP it's out of sync, the only way to get it to play correctly is to deselect the resize & aspect option in FFDSHOW. It's working fine in WMP so something in MP must be set incorrectly. I can choose different options in MP config, but which is the correct one?

some help here? I've installed the latest Mediaportal, and it's still doing it. Playing fine in WMP, but lagging in Mediaportal. They're only standard definition .AVI's. FFDSHOW options are just resize/aspect to 1920x1080. The computer is fast enough, 2.2ghz dual core AMD X2.
Maybe try SAF? (Stand Alone Filters for MP)
