Playing CD-DA and Enhanced CD [patch] (1 Viewer)

I posted a patch on SourceForge https://sourceforge.net/support/tracker.php?aid=1499292 fixing an issue revealed in https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/viewtopic.php?t=15781

Nota: it hasn't been tested for compliance with players other than Windows Media Player and Winamp.

It uses code from this part of MediaPortal but the two processes are independant. Ripping works.

To this date, MediaPortal was not able to play audio CD's that both contain audio tracks and other data (video, pictures,...) when the data part was the first session on the disc (as frequently seen in multisession discs and mixed mode cd's).

Because of the tricky nature of the modifications made, I'd like to know if it works for foobar users.
