Playing from playlist in music videos plugin (1 Viewer)

I had a problem where music videos would play fine individually, but adding them to a playlist and trying to playback the playlist would result in nothing happening.

I decided to investigate this since I used to program years ago, figured this couldn't be a big deal.

The problem comes down to that playing music videos individually correctly takes into account if I have disabled vmr9 for webstreams, playing them from a playlist doesn't take this into account and always tries to play with vmr9 for webstreams enabled.

I implemented a fix for my own version, hopefully it shouldn't break anything. I've attached the updated files.

I'm sure someone could think of a more pretty solution, but not having spent much time looking at the classes I reckon this should work perfectly.
