I am sure that a lot of us are sometimes tweaking our filing/folder layout in search for that perfect setup. Especially in the first few months (where I am).
The problem is that playlists are affected when you move a folder. Easy to forget to update the playlists.
My suggestion is that all folders (video folders when watching video OR music folders when listening to music) should be scanned for playlists is stead of having one playlist folder. It will then be possible to create the playlist for one album in the same folder as the album files. That will mean I do not have to hardcode the path to the file in the playlist, but rather only specify the filename. If I move the folder, the playlist will still work.
Yes, I know that it will not totally solve my issue since one playlist can contain files of various different folders/albums, but at least one part, where I have an album playlist, will be solved.
