Dear Members,
Please help me. I have media portal version 2.0.0.0 . I need help finding a quicktime plugin to use in Media Portal that will let me play Apple Quicktime HD or the SD type trailers. Please help me. I also need directions on where to install which file in which folder. That is how bad i am confused when i download anything for media portal besides the main program files. Please help.

There was someone working on a Apple trailers HD plugin.. but that was along time ago.. and I am sure it will not work with current builds... I think you are out of luck on this one until someone picks it up....

There a 2 things:

1: playing a mp4 or mov in Media portal. That is, playing a downloaded HD or SD trailer using direct show, that means playing a quicktime movie in Media PLayer Classic or Zoomplayer or whatever.

2: having a plugin like the standard trialer plugin for MP


What u need for 1:

Media Player Classic (google to doenload)
Quicktime 7 or and Itunes
Quicktime alternative ( only install the direct show filter)


What U need for 2:
someone on the forum was working on a HD quicktime trailer
