PLEASE HELP!! Messanger Plugin Not Even open the GUI Screen. (1 Viewer)

Hello

I can not open MSN Messanger Plugin on one of my PCs Even the GUI do not open, Nothing happen when I click on the button. No matter what I do it do not open..

The normal MSN Messanger Version 7.0 is running ok on my PC, but Not the MP Plugin.

What could cause that? andone have idea?

I am using Proxy to connect to the internet, is that why the MP MSN not working? even I try to remove the proxy, and still the GUI screen not showup.
