Please help, no import of tvguide.xml (1 Viewer)

I created tvguide.xml with tv_guide_nl.py, and placed it in the directory:
C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\xmltv\.
When I press the import button, I get the following result:
Last import run at: 31-3-2012 10:48:06
Total channels imported: 10
Total programs imported: 0

I have my tvguide.xml in a custom path, but you can make the adjustments. Here are my notes from my install of MP1.2.2.0 on WinXP:

TV-Server Configuration

• XmlTv plugin
  • General tab
    • set path to tvguide.xml to E:\XMLTV
    • enable time compensation and set to 8 hours (depends on timezone and XML)
  • Mappings tab
    • Load/Refresh
    • Save
  • Back to General tab
    • Force import (will take around a minute)
