Second I don't think your motherboard (as most nforce430 Gigabyte based boards that I know of ) has an option for voltage so don't look around in vain.  The usual cool pc setup includes two case fans in a push-pull order with the cpu fan in the middle blowing towards the "exhaust"  case fan. Just use low rpm fans since it's an htpc and u'll be fine.  If still u can't get temps down the u have  a crooked hs inside the cpu and there's nothing u can do about it.</blockquote>
