Plugin configuration help (1 Viewer)

Can someone help me please, For the life of me I can't get my images to display in the plugin configuration screen [PluginIcons("OnlineShopping.OnlineShoppingEnabled.png" , "OnlineShopping.OnlineShoppingDisabled.png")] using this code here. What else am I missing??
