I have started to use FFDSHOW to rezise my livetv with powerdvd 8 mpeg2 codec. I am very satisfied with the result, and it looks wery good. But I have one HDchannel that I use CoreAVC to watch. My question is how can i make FFDSHOW only postprocess mpeg2 liveTV and not CoreAVC liveTV. I dont have the CPU to process rezised H264. I use FFDSHOW Raw videofilter in "TV post process" in the television settings.

If you uncheck h.264 in the ffd show codec tab then no h.264 material will be resized :D

Thanks for your answer. But the thing is that I have unchecked h264 in FFDSHOW. As I understand it, the H264 channels Is using CoreAVC as Codec, but then getting rezised in FFDSHOW.

you can make rules in ffdshow to switch between the profiles. So lets say you have resize profile and noresize profile. Then you can make a rule that if the video is let's say smaller than 800x600px to switch to resize profile and that way you'll only get postprocessing on SD channels :)
