on my last install i had a small free program with the ability to take the computer in and out of hibernation and standby either by timeout or other functions, set in configurations!

it logo was the yellow standby logo from windows, in the task bar.

now i can't find it.

MCE Standby Tool will configure your pc for standby\hibernate, is that what you mean.
