Hi,

I have found many posts suggesting other people have also had issues with this, but I am struggling to find a solution to it anywhere:

I have a single seat setup (MP 1 rc 3) on an XP pro sp3 machine with a Hauppauge WinTV-NOVA-T 500 - Dual Digital Freeview TV tuner in it. I am unable to get power scheduler working. If i set the powerscheduler plugin (both on TV server and the client) to hibernate, with the same time difference, it will hibernate after the correct time, but it immediately wakes up as soon as hibernation is reached... What can I do to get this working?!

Other than this - very much enjoying using MP!!

Regards
Richard

check mice\keyboard\HID "power management" for allow this device to wake computer Device manager, its usually the mouse that triggers this, but also could be a wireless keyboard.

if using a remote, make sure you keep that enabled :)

Lazy, then try MCE Standby Tool, the devices section points directly to anything that can wake pc.

MPStandbyhandler is also a must for T500 users.
