powerDVD 10 (1 Viewer)

i want to use powerDVD 10 as my player but every time i play a movie it tells me to change it to clasic mode.
when i do that and try to play a movie it keeps telling me to do the same thing. can't get it to work through mediaPortal
(i want to use it because it upconverts the video files to 1080p). can somebody please tell me how to get this to work.

There are a few guides on online that use ffdshow as a codec for upscaling SD video to HD. I use upscaling in ffdshow for DVDs only.

thanks, i tried the foums in mediaportal and can't find a step by step on how to set ffdshow to upscale all my none hd movies.can somebody please give me a link on
how to do this(don't have a clue)
