I can only help you if you send me logs that do cover the time when the error occurs.  What I could see from the logs is that you did not use the plug&play mode, which should be the basic setting for starting troubleshooting.You write that your power settings are set in "gp" (group policies?). You should let PS++ set the power settings (which it does if you use plug&play mode) and deactivate the group policy, because this would overwrite them again on each reboot.
