I have scheduled a recurring alarm to start radio at 06.45 h. However, radio does not start as requested. From the logs I see that the system wakes up but returns immediately into standby again.

Another effect I face in this situation: My Logitech diNovo Media Desktop 2.0 keyboard and mouse don't work after this anymore. Though I am not sure if this is a logitech or an MP issue.

Hate to be a KILLJOY on the standby thing, does this also happen if Hibernate is selected instead.

A lot of driver issues with standby, but usually using hibernate cures them.
