Stream extract to Bootstrap Stream folder
Stop MPE and IIS, extract StreamingSettings to C:\ProgramData\MPExtended\ and start MPE + IIS ... And check for all player mode ...

I don’t understand what the problem is, they write in the documentation what should work, it means or something is wrong, the stream is transferred to the player (although it works in MPTVSheduller) or the player is not configured that way. I wanted to experiment today, but after rebooting the server Web MP gives an authorization error ... I need to understand it.

If you wish, you can try replacing the video/webm with video/mp4 in the VLCPlayer file and check if the android mode is all, or remove the type=video/webm altogether.
