Pre-Launching Command (1 Viewer)

Does anyone use the "Pre-Launching Command" option? If so, how?

The "Pre-Launching Command" is on the second or third page, lower right, in this image of an earlier MyFilms Setup shown here. I have confirmed the option is still available on more recent MyFilms Setup versions.

Does anyone think this "Pre-Launching Command" can be used to run a batch file which plays a random trailer prior to launching a movie? Or is this just wishful thinking?

I guess it could be uses for this, but to make it simple you would have to disallow MP to always ruun in foreground then just write a batch that plays the trailer . Or maybe write a more complicated vbs....?

I use it to start up the right port on my power- usb connector to switch on the right drive - for me it's still the main feature for using myfims.
