Hi,

after I updated my version from RC1 to RC4 I miss the Preview screen of the actual selected TV Channel in the lower left corner of the EGP-screen.

For the installation I used a clean Windows XP Installation Image, so no previews version was installed.

    Do you mean this

    sshot-4.png

This is available if tv is already running before entering epg, are you using tvserver or MP's built in television.

    Yes,

this is not shown on my screen, even when I switch from a full screen into EPG. I know this function already druing RC1 and had no problems.

I am using the MP's built in television with the normal Blue skin, not the wide one.

But I like to switch over to the server version.

This may well be broken, but as no work is being done to solve any internal tv related issues by team-mediaportal, then possibly may only ever get fixed if a user decides to do it.

And with your tv cards, tvserver should work a treat.

Hi Paranoid Delusion, I don’t think that you should say this....my understanding was that MP1.0 will be the last version that will support both TV2 and TV-server. This to me implies that TV2 bugs would be fixed by the Team-Mediaportal.

Anyone have a copy of Blue2 they can try this with, could well be skin related, chances are no one may have tested with TVE2.
