Problem blasting : ProcessExternalChannel (1 Viewer)

I was able to blast but since I changed the guide data a few nights ago it wont work. In the logs it mentions ProcessExternalChannel error from the IRSS program. I've tried 1.0.4.1, adding the SP1, uninstalling that installing 1.0.4.2, uninstalling that and using MCE replacement 1.0.4.1 with and without SP1 and 1.0.4.2.

For guide data i'm using schedulesdirect plugin the channels are showing up properly in the configuration as far as I can tell and are set to external channel.

it will blast from the configuration and MP will respond to remote commands.
