Does your card have BDA drivers? If it does, we will get it to work. Just last night we worked through an AVerMedia m115 Hybrid and got it to function.

Please log in to the IRC chat and look for Commy64 or C64|Work. I can help you. Best times for me are after 6PM EST. I can provide some support when I'm at work, too.

i still have problem

This solutnion dosen't help me.
I have graphedit from my card, please see :

http://www.xgames.pl/a16ar.doc

My card is :
AVerTV Hybrid+FM PCI
http://www.avermedia.com/cgi-bin/products_digitvtuner_hybridPCI.asp
Driver :
http://www.avermedia.com/cgi-bin/su...id&proname=AVerTV Hybrid FM PCI&modelno=A16AR

Avermedia have 2 card with symbol A16AR
1. AVerTV DVB-T 777
2. AVerTV Hybrid FM PCI

But there are different cards, hybrid have analog tv and radio but dvb-t 777 is only digital, and don't have radio

Sorry for my english but I know slightly ;) i still learn.

Had the same problem myself. After reading numerous posts I managed to find the correct numbers and such to get it working!
Just copy and paste this into your CaptureCardDefinitions.xml file.
Make sure you save a backup though because if/when you update mediaportal this file will be overwritten!

AFAIK, only the digital tv portion of the card supports BDA drivers, so analogue is not available in MediaPortal (Although if I'm wrong please let me know!)

CaptureCardDefinitions.xml:
Code:
<capturecard commercialname="Avermedia DVB-T 16AR" capturename="AVerMedia BDA Digital Capture" devid="ven_1131&dev_7133&subsys_2c001461&rev_d1">

<capabilities tv="true" radio="false" mpeg2="true" mce="false" sw="false" bda="true"></capabilities>
<tv>
<interface cat="capture" video="2" audio="3" mpeg2="1" sectionsandtables="5"></interface>
<filters>
<filter cat="networkprovider"	name="Microsoft DVBT Network Provider"	checkdevice="false"></filter>
<filter cat="tunerdevice"		name="AVerMedia BDA DVBT Tuner"			checkdevice="true"></filter>
<filter cat="capture"			name="AVerMedia BDA Digital Capture"	checkdevice="true"></filter>
</filters>
<connections>
<connection sourcefilter="networkprovider"	sourcepin="0"	sinkfilter="tunerdevice"	sinkpin="0"></connection>
<connection sourcefilter="tunerdevice"		sourcepin="0"	sinkfilter="capture"		sinkpin="0"></connection>
</connections>
</tv>
</capturecard>

The following is the data in my capturecards.mxl file. I'm not sure how useful it will be to you (I'm in the UK, receiving from Pontop Pike!)

My card is the AverTV Hybrid (A16ar), wiht digital tv, analogue tv and radio.
From what I read when I was setting my system up, the radio and analogue tv don't have bda drivers so aren't supported in mediaportal. I may be wrong (and would be pleased if I am in this case) but this allows my card to work fine!

So, you're power cycling the TV, but not putting the PC to sleep ? In General => Startup/Resume settings, try checking "Ignore Windows resolution/size changes" In Codecs and Render, try selecting the specific audio device rather than "Default DirectSound device" Just ideas, no guarantee this will do anything. If this doesn't work, I...
