Hi againI see on Tom's Hardware there is also an overvoltage setting closer to the bottom of the same section as the bus speed setting. Make sure that is set at "normal". I think it is likely that there is a problem with the card, but it could also be a "seating" issue - that the card is not properly fitting into the motherboard. Questions:1. Are you overclocking?2. Did you also make sure you pulled the power cord out and waited for 20 seconds before you attempted to plug the tuner in? (if not, then you might have damaged the card)
