Hey,
I had the Same Problem. And I have probably a solution.
Can you check the length of the ribbon cables please. The tuner should connected with a ~35cm cable, the CI must have a cable with a maximum of ~25cm! If the CI ribbon cable is longer you have two choices. Contact Digital Devices to send you the right cable, they are aware of this problem. Or try to shorten the cable at your own risk!

That's because the controller chip on the DouFlex Brigde. The Octopus Brigde is not affected with this problem.
