problem with lithuanian letters in epg (1 Viewer)

there i have a xmltv file: http://luinys.org/downloads/pc/multimedia/epg/LT_epg.xml
the problem is that i cant see some of lithuanian letters (ą, ę, ė, į, ų,) in mediaportal program guide. My mediaportal is 1.1.3 german, on win 7 ultimate german,

Could you give an example from the XMLTV file, because there seem to be a lot of non-ASCII characters in there. If it is only specific characters that aren't being shown correctly then they may not be encoded correctly.

there is original xmltv file in link. It is created with mediaportals-webepg. You can download it by pushing right mouse button over the link. File saved in utf-8 format, but specific lithuanian letters is imposible to save in ansii format. I think that logs cant help you, but if it does, tell me please whitch logs and where from i should share.

Speecific lithuanian characters are: ą č ę ė į š ų ū ž . Characters č š ž are shown corectly (not shure with ū). Another characters are shown as: ą-as-a , ę-e , ė-e , į-i , ų-u , and posibly ū as u .

I use blue3wide skin

i tested this xmltv file on my windows xp pro sp3 eng (runing german MUI) and mediaportal 1.1.3 german. There lithuanian letters are shown corectly. So what the problem is with my win 7?
