Hi,

I have a disk less client booting with gPXE and a iscsi drive. everything is working find except the live tv and recorded show. I can navigate tv guide and recorded show.

The problem come when I try to launch a show (live tv or recorded show), the application crash and close MediaPortal.

I can watch the recorded show from a mapped drive with media player so i don't think it is codec related.

With my laptop, running with a hard drive, everything is working find so I don't think the problem is from the server.

In the server log you can see that the diskless client is making a play request from the router ip (192.168.1.1) and after that the laptop is making a request from its own ip (192.168.1.103) which is working correctly.

if someone has any idea of the problem or a test I should try, let me know.

Thanks.

Math.

I was able to make the disk less client work by not using RTSP following instruction in this thread.
https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/general-support-51/tvplugin-avoiding-rtsp-multiseat-mode-test-plz-36735/

I would still like to be able to use the RTSP, I have found that I can map a drive with the name of the server but not with its IP.

mapping \\serveur\mediaportal work
mapping \\192.168.1.101\mediaportal does not work

Also the connection has netbios disabled, this was not done by me. I tried to manually force it but then it cant map anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
