problem with playing movies on LCD (1 Viewer)

MediaPortal Skin: black glass
Windows Version: xp

hi guys,

i'v just installed mediaportal and i have to say it's just awsome
i have only one problem:

when i switch the computer display from my computer LCD screen to my TV LCD screen and i try to play a movie it dosent apper in the right aspect ratio. it dosent fit the screen as it's suppose to. I tried playing with the aspect ratio and the mediaportal setting but nothing worked.
i would be really happy if you could tell me how can i fix that

if it matters I play 720P movies on a 32' LCD HDR screen

p.s
is there any way to control the brightnees of the movie played with the mediaportal player?

You might want to try the new Intelligent Frame Correction plug-in. So far it's working nicely for me. After installing, you should download the dll patch on page 2 of the thread and overwrite the one installed. Then enable the plug-in in the Config tool.
