Problem with some recorded tv recordings (1 Viewer)

Hey all

Have this weird issue... for some of my recordings, only a small dvr-ms is created, and then a long line of .sbe files belonging to it...
Is there way way I can combine the .sbe files into a "real" dvr-ms file?
It has only happened for some of the recordings, have no idea why...


Hmm and how come I can only play recording inside MP itself?
When I try to play them in a media player, I only get sound, no video....?

The sbe files are created, when telling MP to record a show, and it has already started.

Cannot make a complete dvr-ms file, but if using the compress feature, you can make a single mpeg file.

Sure, from within the recorded TV, default on compress setting should already be mpeg, but check just in case.

Just to make it clear, the small dvr-ms file + lots of .sbe files happens when you press 'record now'. If you schedule the recording in advance, it comes out normal. (Seems like strange behaviour to me, but I'm guessing it's intended).
